1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any subscription, workshop registration, or service booking, you must request it within the specified timeframe prior to service delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Digital Products: Once purchased and downloaded, fees are generally non-refundable.
Services & Workshops: Refunds are considered if requested within 3 to 7 days of the initial transaction and before service utilization.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
